Tonight I had an informal interview with Ruth from ORTV. ORTV is a Christian organization in Taiwan that operates radio programs, tv programs, ESL magazines and a few other ministries. (check it out at www.ortv.com) They are interested in hiring me and it sounds like an amazing opportunity. It would be a full-time gig doing stuff I love to do rather than English teaching for hire. I'm so amazed at the way God is putting things together for our return to Taiwan. We would both be working daytime hours (which is unique for foreigners in Taiwan) with ministry based employers. Our bills will be paid and we will be able to pay off our debt at home. I get more and more excited every day...but the nerves are picking up as well. I have a few more application hoops to jump through but it looks good.

I'm glad you have been able to interview. What a different experience it would be for both of you to have day jobs doing what you want to be doing. Let me know how things go.
