Blogust & Everything After

Well it's 4 am and I'm still packing. My boss Wesley is coming at 7:45 to pick me up and take me to the airport. 'm excited but also really nervous. Nervous about forgetting stuff, packing too much, missing my wife and of course SARS. Taiwan hasn't had a big problem but it has definitely picked up recently. Fear is starting to creep into the usually untouchable forigners here. Believe it or not I bought a sars mask today. I have to have one on the flight, it's the law. Anyway my itinerary is simple enough. I go Kaohsiung-Tokyo-San Francisco. I'm spending two days there in case you didn't know that. I've never been there and the plane ticket cost virtually the same amount. I leave there on Friday, May 9 and I'll be home in Saskatoon at 10:15 Fridy night. I hope to see some of you there. If not we'll have lots of time so don't worry. Well I should get back at it. I'm a physical, emotional and mental wreck right now. I think a day chillin out on a plane is exactly what I need.
