So once again I am slow with the blogs. I sort of go in bursts if you have been following my blog for awhile you'll have noticed that. This week has been a little busy and so I haven't been really excited to sit at the computer. While everyone in Canada was enjoying a holiday weekend so were we in Taiwan. It was independence day here on the tenth. This weekend was also the start of the Rugby World Cup. Which I have been waiting for for a long time. I stayed in town and watched 7 matches. All of the favorites won handily but this week and weekend there are a few more evenly matched contests. Since my time in N.Ireland my rugby loyalties are with the Irish. They had a convincing win against Romania. They were ranked fairly high going into the tourney so hopefully they can live up to the expectations. I'm a big fan of Keith Wood, he's a chubby bald guy who just gives er for 80 mins.

This week is midterm week in my Chinese class. On monday I had a strong performance on my speaking test. Tomorrow is the listening test and Friday is the writing test. Friday's test will be the toughest but I'll ace it. I'm really diggin the chinese and I've already looked into my studying oppotunities in Saskatoon. There is a class on Saturdays offered at Aden Bowman. It's funny cuz I had friends in elementary school who went to Polish school and I always made fun of them, now I'm the geek looking to take extra classes on the weekend.

Well that's it for now but I'll check in again soon...
