I've been back on a late night schedule and it's killing me. I'm tired all day and find it hard to focus on school and by the time the evening rolls around all I want to do is watch TV. I've always liked to stay up later than the average person but when I stay up til 3 or 4 a.m. it's a little much. I'm writing this to give myself a bit of a kick in the butt to change. I would love to be in bed sleeping by 1 a.m. every night. I know that number even seems late to some of you but it's a big change from 3:30. If you see me around just ask if I'm getting good sleep...it'll keep me on task. Peace out...

Hi Chester. I know what you mean about sleep. I don't stay up as late as you, but I am a night person as well and find it super hard to be in bed early. Some of my friends go to sleep at 10:30!! I'm lucky to be sleeping by 12:30 ususally. Hope you're sticking to your 1 a.m. curfew. . . talk to you soon.

3:30 I guess I've been there, but it's when you're going to bed at 6:30 or later every night or well morning that I find I get messed up. Because then someone always wants to have a meeting or do something during the day when I'm used to sleeping. And then you feel like you're not normal because you live most of your life at night, and then you start to like it. Oh the struggle.

Oh well I broke that mode just after Christmas, and get this Chester I went to sleep last night at 10:30pm! It's quite the accomplishment for me. So I suppose that there's some hope. Although I'm sure I'll slip back into the land of the nocturnal before too long.

Well anyway, good luck.
