I'm starting to get some of the sad feelings that come with leaving the familiar. Last night I got the chance to annouce my leaving to the kids at The MIX. I'm not sure that it's emotional for them but it is for me. I'm not sure what sort of impact I've had in that ministry but I know that God promises to use our efforts depsite our own shortfalls. Now that it seems to be a healthier ministry than it was a year ago I feel like I'm leaving at the wrong time. That being said I believe that Taiwan is still the right choice and God will use us there.

This week my father-in-law, my brother-in-law and I built a shed in my mom's backyard. It's an 8'x12' shed that should store most of our stuff. My father-in-law and bro-in-law busted there butts and and I owe them big time....thank you so much for your effort and time. And thanks also go out to my mom who is willing to put a shed in her backyard to help us out.

Chester, it is always better to leave a ministry when it is healthy and doing well. You invested in a good foundation and the ministry will continue to thrive. God has used you and will continue to do so in the future.

You have for sure made a difference at The Mix Chester and I know a lot of those kids are really gonna miss you when you're gone.
